Announcement: Who wants some Bread and a Buzz?
by united states of nothing innow i know lots of people here the last place they would want to be as at the kingdom hall, and i'm not claiming what i am about to say is a good or bad idea.
but, what would happen if a large number of people visited a neighboring congregation and partook of the emblems?
let's say an extra 10,000 partook.

Circuit Assembly This Weekend
by united states of nothing inwell, i went this weekend and there were a few key points that i thought were pretty interesting.
one thing is that we are not to use the word 'society' any longer.
i don't know if anybody else has heard of this before but i wondered what the reason was behind it.

My Life as a 'Famous' Jehovah's Witness
by united states of nothing injust let me start out by saying i am unable to give certain details of my life as i have learned very quickly this can cause a lot of problems.
i was born into the 'truth' as my mother had been studying with a few sisters on and off at a local congregation.
my father was never a jw and came in and out of my life for many years..to this day i do not give him much time.

Let me expand a Business....
by united states of nothing inok, so i'm 26 years old and i was thinking of expanding my business.
i currently have a few publications which i am paid to print and bind.
this really pays the bills and i even have a team of people and some machines i am looking to pay off.

Sunday Public Talk from 45 mins to 30 mins?
by united states of nothing inhas anybody heard that starting this new year they will be shortening the public talk from 45 mins to 30 mins?.
does anybody think this might be a way to accomplish two things:.
-get meeting attendance up.
